20 gallons of dubbel created on national homebrew day and Cinco de mayo. Belgian dark candi syrup and homebrewed inverted sugar were used. 2x10 gallon batches created for fermentatiojn with Chimay, Westmalle, Rocheforte and Chouffe yeast strains.
